Cajun is fantastic too...but there are places that manage to do it wrong. THere's some cajun place on 280 I've eaten at two times that both failed to provide a spicy meal. The first time I specifically requested the spiciest dish they had. The second I specifically asked to spice the dish up. Both times it came back mild :( Except Indian. Everyone hates Indian.
