They always say give assignments to busy people, because they know how to fit in another task.

Or maybe they just don’t know how to say no.

But you have to give Martha credit for finding lots of the right people to run the empire so she has time for her priorities like eating lunch on fine china and yoga. And she’s paying that apprentice well!

I always found that the busier I was, the more organized and hence used my time better.

But I’m always surprised when people say there isn’t enough time.

This is a good point — and it’s often unplanned time, just like those urgent activities.

If I could find someone who stuck to their schedule every day, was productive, and satisfied with themselves and their time management — I’d apprentice myself to them.
