Rules for 2007

Every year has its rules. These are mine. For you. For me.

For the 350 days hence.

Rules for me

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Don’t sweat.

Die unnaturally from heat exhaustion because of inability to cool down using evaporating perspiration.

Live life to the dullest.

Take money to make money.

Eat regularly.

Drink while giving blood.

And for irony’s sake, drink blood while giving blood.

Maybe not spend so much time surfing the same static sites over and over.

Find more boulders to roll uphill.

Try not to leave an essay unfinished on the Internet, especially if your hard drive decides to crash.

Also, try to back up hard drive more frequently.

Write every day for a month. No excuses. Even if on pad and paper or stone tablets.

Move on.

Rules for other people

Less whining.

Be bold.

Bring me a muffin. (No spit.)

Get out of my way.

Read this.

Do the right thing.

Think of others.

Eat less.

Exercise more.

Get your head out of your ass.

Have patience.

Don’t tell me what to do, you controlling freaks.
