And too true - I had a recent situation where there was obviously a dispute among a boss/(former) employee in my social circle...I wasn't sure who was at fault, but after I saw the self-righteous and angry comments on the (former) employee's facebook page, it actually made me suspect the EMPLOYEE more than the boss. Because if you don't have control of your emotions and logic enough to know that it isn't too smart to vent on such a public forum, then you were most likely at least partially to blame for the original issue. In my opinion, venting only makes you look bad, it doesn't convince anyone that the person you're venting about is worthy of your rage. Great post!
