And too true - I had a recent situation where there was obviously a dispute among a boss/(former) employee in my social circle...I wasn&#039;t sure who was at fault, but after I saw the self-righteous and angry comments on the (former) employee&#039;s facebook page, it actually made me suspect the EMPLOYEE more than the boss.  Because if you don&#039;t have control of your emotions and logic enough to know that it isn&#039;t too smart to vent on such a public forum, then you were most likely at least partially to blame for the original issue.  In my opinion, venting only makes you look bad, it doesn&#039;t convince anyone that the person you&#039;re venting about is worthy of your rage.</description>
